Qualifications

Gymnastics experience above Level 8. Gymnastics coaching experience.
Physically fit enough to keep up with the gymnasts.
A strong desire to help and develop gymnasts.
Sensitivity to the needs of individuals and establish rapport with gymnasts and their parents
Prioritize safety and structured training
Arrive on time and ready to work and have fun
Be a team player
Pass a background check
Pass the USAG SafeSport certification test prior to working with children

Qualifications

Age 16+
Experience working with children in a recreation and/or instructional setting
A strong desire to help and develop children
Sensitivity to the needs of individuals and establish rapport with gymnasts and their parents
Arrive on time and ready to work and have fun
A team player
Pass a background check
