We are hiring a General Manager

The General Manager oversees all non-instructional operations of Mountain Gymnastics Academy. The GM reports directly to the Friends of MGA Board of Directors, and ensures MGA operates in alignment with its mission and values, delivering high-quality services to our customers.

We are not actively hiring for the following positions, but we are always willing to talk to skilled candidates.

Competitive Gymnastics (Team) coach

Qualifications

  • Gymnastics experience above Level 8. Gymnastics coaching experience.

  • Physically fit enough to keep up with the gymnasts.

  • A strong desire to help and develop gymnasts.

  • Sensitivity to the needs of individuals and establish rapport with gymnasts and their parents

  • Prioritize safety and structured training

  • Arrive on time and ready to work and have fun

  • Be a team player

  • Pass a background check

  • Pass the USAG SafeSport certification test prior to working with children

Recreational Coach

Qualifications

  • Age 16+

  • Experience working with children in a recreation and/or instructional setting

  • A strong desire to help and develop children

  • Sensitivity to the needs of individuals and establish rapport with gymnasts and their parents

  • Arrive on time and ready to work and have fun

  • A team player

  • Pass a background check
